Ingredients

2 1/4 teaspoons yeast, active dry active dry,
2 1/2 cups bread flour
3/4 cup cracked wheat
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons wheat germ
3/4 teaspoon black pepper coarsely cracked
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups water

Directions

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.

Let the loaf cool before slicing.
