| 3 | cups | oyster crackers | |
| 2 | envelopes | soup mix | lobster bisque |
| 1 | pinch | thyme | |
| 3/4 | cup | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped, with tops |
| 3 | tablespoons | lemon juice | |
| 1 | cup | water chestnuts | sliced, drained |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | lemon pepper seasoning | |
| 1 | cup | green peas | frozen |
| 8 | ounces | crab meat | frozen, thawed |
| 1 | x | cherry tomatoes | optional |
| 1 | x | scallions, spring or green onions | tops, optional |
| 8 | large | eggs | |
| 2 | cups | milk |
Sprinkle 2 1/2 cups of the oyster crackers over the bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
Layer onions, water chestnuts, peas and crab meat crackers.
Top with remaining crackers.
Blend together remaining ingredients and pour over layers.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
Cut into squares to serve.
Garnish with tomatoes and green onions, if desired.
