| 1/2 | pound | cheddar cheese, very old, sharp | |
| 1/2 | cup | butter | softened |
| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | teaspoon | garlic salt | |
| 1 | teaspoon | onion salt | |
| 16 | slices | bread, white | white |
In a mixer, blend cheese which has been grated and butter.
Add eggs and salt.
Whip until creamy. Spread mixture on slice of bread, place another slice of bread on top and spread it with cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cut into halves. Bake 10-15 minutes in a 400 degrees F. oven.
These may be frozen and baked as needed .
