| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | cup | evaporated milk | |
| 1 | cup | yogurt, plain | |
| 3 | ounces | feta cheese | rumbled |
| 1/3 | pound | swiss cheese | shredded |
| 1/3 | cup | parsley leaves | fresh |
| 1 | teaspoon | basil | dried |
| 1 | teaspoon | oregano | dried |
| 4 | each | garlic cloves | minced |
| 1/2 | pound | angel hair pasta | cooked |
| 1 | can | salsa | mild chunky, (16 oz) |
| 1 | pound | shrimp | medium, uncooked |
| 1/2 | pound | mozzarella cheese | shredded |
Heat oven to 350 F.
Coat bottom and sides of an 8 x 12" baking dish with cooking spray.
In separate bowl, blend eggs, milk, yogurt, feta and swiss cheeses, parsley, basil, oregano and garlic.
Spread half the pasta over bottom of baking dish. Cover with salsa. Add half the shrimp. Spread remaining pasta over shrimp.
Pour and spread egg mixture over pasta. Add remaining shrimp and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 20 minutes before serving.

Whole wheat bread is always my favorite, this whole wheat breadsticks are great, all the herbs and garlic mix together, and the breadsticks turned out golden and brown, crispy outside, and moist inside. Yummy.
