Gamberi alla Pasquale takes plump shrimp and pairs them with a luxe sauce that blends whipped cream, tomato paste, brandy, and fresh lemon juice into something pink, fluffy, and totally addictive.
Finely chopped apple adds unexpected crunch, while hot sauce and Worcestershire bring just enough savory bite to balance the richness, all served up in cocktail glasses like you’re running a fancy Italian trattoria from your kitchen.
Chef Tips
- Chill thoroughly: Cooking and cooling shrimp completely before assembly keeps the cream sauce from breaking.
- Whip to stiff peaks: Cream needs to hold its shape when folded with the other ingredients or your sauce will be runny.
- Presentation matters: Standing shrimp upright around the glass edge makes this look restaurant-worthy with minimal effort.
