| 1/2 | cup | port wine | |
| 2 | tablespoons | honey | |
| 1 | large | melon | peeled, cut into chunks |
| 1 | each | pomegranate |
Warm wine and honey in microwave or over low heat on stove.
Stir to mix.
Place melon in serving bowl.
Pour wine mixture over. Chill. Cut pomegranate in quarters; carefully remove seeds.
Scatter seeds over melon.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
