| 1/2 | cup | onions | chopped |
| 3/4 | cup | celery | chopped |
| 1 | pound | frankfurters | sliced diagonally |
| 4 | tablespoons | butter | |
| 3 | cups | pasta, macaroni | |
| 1 1/4 | cups | water | |
| 3/4 | cup | ketchup | |
| 1/4 | cup | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | grated |
| 2 | tablespoons | vinegar | |
| 2 | teaspoons | dry mustard | |
| 2 | teaspoons | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper |
Saute onions, celery, and frankfurter slices in butter until browned.
Add remaining ingredients.
Turn into a 2 quart casserole.
Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake in a hot oven 375 degrees 20-25 minutes.
