Ingredients

4tablespoons olive oil
1medium onion chopped
3cloves garlic minced
4cans clams minced
4cups tomatoes peeled and chopped
1cup carrots finely chopped
2cups celery finely chopped
1teaspoon salt
1/2teaspoon dry mustard
1/2teaspoon oregano
1/2teaspoon paprika
4each bay leaves
1 1/2pounds shrimp
1pound scallops
2cans beef broth
2cans chicken broth
4cans water
1pound haddock
1pound fish, cod cut into bite size

Directions

Saute onion, garlic, olive oil in heavy pan until golden.

Add clams, tomatos, carrots, celery, broth, water and spices.

Simmer for about 1 hour.

Add fish and scallops.

Let come to a boil.

Add shrimp.

Let it come to a boil until fish flakes with a fork.

Chinese: Szechwan Noodles with Green Onions

Fantastic quick and delicious recipe. Had it cold with vege and meat dish last night then added mushrooms and ate it hot for lunch today. Very versatile and so easy! Make this one.
