| 3/4 | cup | whole wheat flour | whole wheat |
| 1 | cup | sucanat | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/3 | cup | applesauce | unsweetened |
| 3 | each | egg whites | or equivalent |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | baking soda |
Combine dry ingredients.
Beat wet ingredients. Combine and beat wet and dry ingredients.
Pour into an 8x8 in pan sprayed lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 325 F. for 25-30 min., or just until the edges are firm and the center is set.
Cool and cut into squares.

Probably one of the most challenging nights to book a reservation at a top New York City restaurant is on Valentine's Day. Much like the churches...
Really quick and very good. We added green pepper and broccoli and served over brown rice. This is one of my favorites!
