| 1 | cup | water | |
| 2 | cups | raisins, seedless | |
| 4 | tablespoons | artifical sweetener | |
| 1/2 | cup | butter | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | allspice | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | nutmeg | |
| 2 1/2 | cups | oatmeal | |
| 1/2 | cup | nuts | chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking soda |
Boil 1 cup water and 2 cups raisins.
Cool for 5 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons sweetener, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon allspice, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg, 2 1/2 cups oatmeal, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, and 1 teaspoon soda.
Form into balls and bake on lightly greased cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
They didn't seem to hold together until I added 2/3 cup of flour. Once I added the flour they were delicious.

Sounds like a pretty good recipe except for that turkey sausage. I'd prefer another kind. Lots of garlic would also do the recipe wonders. Besides that, looks pretty good to me! I'd give it a try instead of mine one time just to see.
