| 1 | pound | corned beef | cooked, cut into pieces |
| 14 | ounces | sauerkraut | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | water | |
| 3/4 | teaspoon | caraway seeds | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | rice | dry |
| 1/2 | cup | salad dressing, thousand island | |
| 3 | ounces | swiss cheese | cut into strips |
Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, water and caraway seed in a large skillet.
Bring to a full boil.
Stir in rice. Pour dressing over rice and top with cheese.
Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.

Good recipe; but this is a Bengali recipe and you have forgotten the poppy seed paste called Pustho... i think that is necessary. Pls confirm. Navin.
