Ingredients

1 tablespoon cinnamon candies
1 cup water boiling
6 medium apples peeled, sliced
1 package cake mix, white, low fat
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Dissolve 1 tablespoon cinnamoncandies in boiling water, arrange apple slices in ungreased 13x9x2 inch pan.

Pour cinnamon flavored water over top.

Combine cake mix, brown sugar and melted butter in large bowl.

Stir until thoroughly blended. Sprinkle crumbs over apple slices.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.

Serve with whipped topping, crushed cinnamon candies and mint leaves, if desired.
