| 2 | large | eggs | slighty beaten |
| 2 | tablespoons | milk | |
| 2 | cups | sugar | |
| 1/2 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 4 | cups | rhubarb |
Combine ingredients; pour into 9 inch pastry-lined pan or pie plate.
Bake at 400F degrees for 10 minutes.
Then bake at 300 F degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool. Top with whipped cream.
