| 2 | cups | chicken | cooked, diced |
| 1 | cup | celery | finely chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | onion | minced |
| 1/2 | cup | walnuts | coarsely chopped |
| 3 | large | eggs | hard boiled, sliced |
| 1 | can | soup, cream of chicken | |
| 3/4 | cup | mayonnaise | or salad dressing |
| 1 | tablespoon | lemon juice | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 2 | cups | potato chips | crushed |
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In large bowl combine all ingredients except potato chips.
Mix well. Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole and top with potato chips; bake 15-20 minutes or until done.
