Ingredients

2 1/4 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cranberries, dried sweetened
2 cups corn kernels thawed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 each couscous dry, (10 oz box)

Directions

In a medium pot, bring the chicken broth, butter and salt just to a boil.

Add the cranberries, corn and cinnamon and stir to combine.

Remove from the heat and stir in the couscous.

Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.

Pork Chops and Fried Rice

I wasn't sure how this would taste but it was great. my family doesn't eat much but after dinner there was nothing to put away!! They all ask for it at least once a week. I added a little bit more bacon though and some vegitables.
