| 2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2 | cups | sugar | |
| 1/2 | pound | butter | |
| 2 | teaspoons | cocoa powder | unsweetened |
| 1 | cup | cola | |
| 1/2 | cup | buttermilk | |
| 2 | large | eggs | beaten |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | miniature marshmallows | |
| 1 | each | frosting | peanut butter |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan.
Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl.
Melt butter.
Add cocoa and cola.
Pour over flour mixture.
Stir until well blended.
Add buttermilk, beaten eggs, soda and vanilla.
Stir in marshmallows.
Mix well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and frost while still warm with Peanut Butter Frosting.
Makes 20 - 2 x 3 inch servings.

Have tried this recipe twice now, and have really enjoyed it! Make sure that the water has all been absorbed or boiled off of the rice before you fry it! Thanks, Jeff G.
