| 1/4 | cup | dijon mustard | blend |
| 2 | tablespoons | honey | |
| 8 | slices | whole wheat bread | |
| 1 | cup | cheddar cheese | shredded |
| 1/2 | pound | smoked turkey breast | |
| 1 | each | apple | cored, thinly sliced |
In small bowl combine creamy mustard blend and honey, spread on one side of each slice of bread.
Layer cheese on 4 bread slices, top with turkey, apple and remaining bread.
Cut sandwiches in half.
