Ingredients

1 honeydew melon cantaloupe, crnshaw melon or a combination peeled, seeded, and dut into large chunks and chilled
1/2 cup water ice cold
1/4 cup mint leaves tightly packed
8 ice cubes
2 tablespoons lime juice freshley squeezed
1/8 teaspoon sea salt fine sea salt , optional

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately, as the cooler will separate upon standing.

Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
