Ingredients

1 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
6 slices american cheese broken into pieces
4 slices swiss cheese broken into pieces
1/2 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
4 large eggs
1 x garlic powder to taste
10 ounces broccoli, frozen chopped

Directions

Cook broccoli according to directions, drain.

Beat eggs, add all ingredients to eggs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes in 8x8 inch greased pan.
