Ingredients

4 cups pasta, bow-tie hot cooked
4 cups cherry tomatoes halved
1/3 cup basil thinly sliced fresh
1/4 cup olives chopped pitted niçoise
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sweet red bell pepper crushed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
2 cloves garlic minced
1 x red wine vinegar as needed

Directions

Combine first 10 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well.

Sprinkle vinegar over each serving, if desired.
