| 2 | cups | sugar | |
| 7 | teaspoons | baking soda | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 4 | large | eggs | |
| 1/2 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 1/2 | cup | yogurt | |
| 1/2 | cup | milk | |
| 3 | cups | flour, all-purpose |
Combine bananas, sugar, soda, and salt in blender.
Blend on high speed for 1 minute.
Pour into mixing bowl and add eggs one at a time.
Then add oil, yogurt and milk.
Add flour last.
Pour batter into loaf pans lined with buttered parchment.
Place in 275 degrees F. oven on centre rack.
Do not remove until 2 1/2 hours are up.
