1 1/2 cups whole wheat bread cubed
3 3/4 cups bread, white cubed
1 pound turkey sausage ground
1 cup onion chopped
3/4 cup celery chopped
2 1/2 teaspoons sage dried
1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary leaves dried
1/2 teaspoon thyme dried
1 each apple Golden Delicious, cored and chopped
3/4 cup cranberries, dried
1/3 cup parsley leaves minced fresh
1 each turkey liver cooked, finely chopped
3/4 cup turkey stock
4 tablespoons butter, unsalted melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degree F (175 degree C).

Spread the white and whole wheat bread cubes in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

Pour sausage mixture over bread in bowl.

Mix in chopped apples, dried cranberries, parsley, and liver.

Drizzle with turkey stock and melted butter, and mix lightly.
