Ingredients

1 cup water
1/4 cup apple juice
1 each apples, tart diced
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 dash cinnamon
1 cup milk, skim

Directions

Place water, juice and apples in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

Sitr in the rolled oats and cinnamon.

Return to boil, reduce heat and simmer until the porridge is thick.

Serve hot with milk.

Quick And Easy Pumpkin Bread

This is more of a cake than a bread, but it's still good. I added twice as much pumpkin, since the flavor was a little overwhelmed by the spices, and left out the cloves. I also baked 1hr 30 min at 325, and it came out much fluffier.
