| 1 | pound | cake mix | |
| 3/4 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1 | cup | oats, quick cooking | |
| 3/4 | cup | chocolate covered raisins |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon; beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in oats and raisins.
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough about 2inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light brown.

This cookie is surpirsingly very good you would never know that there was mayonnaise in them.. they tase more like sugar or peanut butter cookies to me.
