I'm not familiar with it but will certainly take a "look & see' as I'm a Barnes & Noble fanatic as well as a "foodie" LOL . Right now, I'm hot on the trail to check out "Sugar Bust for Life! With the Brennans" (by the owners of Brennans Restaurant in New Orleans, La. ...YUM!

It's quite the Chef's handbook. Four inches thick $75 and weighs as much as most new born babies. The photography is outstanding as well.

I can say that I have not read this one. but if you want a book with all the old favorits and all the need to know information, then the joy of cooking is the one to have. And don't laugh till you take a good look at it.
