Hi! I used to subscribe to Woman’s World magazine. They had a section in the magazine that had four recipes on a page, so you could cut them out like recipe cards. The issue I am looking for had four recipes using pumpkin. The two recipes I am really interested in are a pumpkin soup and a pumpkin risotto that were included there. I used to make both all the time and, now, just can’t remember them. The pumpkin soup was super simple, only like four ingredients, but I just cannot recreate it. Other recipes I have tried for pumpkin soup are not the same. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!
