Anyone have a copycat (or the real thing!) recipe for burgers from Steak & Brew Burger, or Brew Burger. They were a chain in NYC in the 70's and may have expanded out to other states. Their burgers were so good. What I remember is that the basic burger pate was seasoned and I am trying to replicate that. Toppings and sauces aside, it was the basic seasoning of the meat that brought me back there for more than one burger.....
