PRALINE CRUNCH:
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
To make Praline Crunch: In heavy skillet, combine sugar and butter, cook over medium heat until sugar is melted and turns golden, about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add pecans. Stir until pecans are lightly toasted and well coated with sugar mixture, about 1 minute. Quickly spread mixture over foil. cover and lightly butter cookie sheet. Cool completely, and break into pieces.
