Heavenly hash pie

Looking for a recipe from American Home Baking for a Heavenly Hash Pie made with chocolate graham cracker crumbs, chocolate bars, marshmallows, and some other ingredients. Can't find my card with the recipe on it and really want to make it again!

Chocolate Candy Pie

Ingredients

1 9 inch graham cracker or chocolate cookie crumb pie shell

20 regular size marshmallows

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cup heavy cream

1 bar ( 8 ounces ) milk chocolate with almonds

Method

In a medium sauce pan, combine marshmallows and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until marshmallows are melted.

Add chocolate bar, broken in several pieces; remove from heat; stir to melt chocolate. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Whip heavy cream; fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into pie shell.

If desired, sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Refrigerate pie at least 3 hours before serving.

CHOCOlate Pie

Ingredients

Crust

1 1/2 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs

2 tbsp brown sugar

1/4 cup melted butter

Chocolate filling

18 large marshmallow or 2cups mini marshmallow

1/2 cup fresh milk

100 grams dark chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup heavy cream or all-purpose cream, well chilled

topping (optional)

1 whipping cream

1 shaved chocolate

Method


Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter in a mixing bowl, stirring well to blend. Press into a 9-inch cake pan and bake in preheated oven to 180ºC for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.

In a medium saucepan, combine marsmallow, milk and chopped chocolates. Cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture melt well together. Chill until mixture thickens.

Beat cream until stiff. Fold in marshmallow mixture. Spoon filling into prepared crust. Refrigerate to chill well, about 4-5 hours and to become firm before serving.

Cover with whipped cream and top it with shaved chocolate, if you want... or any topping you desired.

No-Bake Snickers Pie

Serves: 1 9-inch pie

Ingredients
•1 Oreo cookie pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
•1 (8 oz.) block of cream cheese
•½ cup dulce de leche
•1 cup powdered sugar
•1 (8 oz.) package Cool Whip
•3 Snickers candy bars, chopped
•¼ cup peanuts, chopped
•Melted chocolate, for drizzling (optional)

Directions
1.Spread 2 tablespoons of dulce de leche on the bottom of the pie prepared pie crust (fully cooled if homemade). Sprinkle half of the chopped peanuts and 1 of the chopped Snickers bars over the bottom of the cooled pie crust.
2.In a large bowl, beat ¼ cup of the dulce de leche with the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add in the thawed Cool Whip and beat mixture until creamy and fluffy, scraping the sides as needed to ensure everything is fully incorporated. Fold in 1 chopped Snickers bar.
3.Pour filling into crust, evening out the top with a knife or spatula. Dollop the remaining 2 tablespoons of dulce de leche around the top of the pie and swirl in with a knife. Top with remaining peanuts and chopped Snickers. If desired, drizzle the top of your pie with melted chocolate.
4.Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Enjoy!
