Betty Crocker Super Moist Cake Mix, Butter Recipe Yellow
Directions
You Will Need: 1 cup water + 1/3 cup butter, softened + 3 eggs. Do not eat raw cake batter.
Time to bake!
1. Heat. Heat oven to 350 degrees F for shiny metal or glass pan or 325 degrees F for dark or nonstick pan.
Grease bottom only of 13 inch x 9 inch pan or bottom and sides of all other pans.
2. Mix. Mix cake mix, water, butter and eggs in large bowl with mixer on medium speed or beat vigorously by hand 2 minutes. Pour into pan.
3. Bake. Bake as directed in chart or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Cool completely before frosting. 13x9 Inch Pan: 30-35 minutes bake time.
Two 8 Inch Rounds: 30-35 minutes bake time.
Two 9 Inch Rounds: 25-30 minutes bake time. Bundt: 44-49 minutes bake time.
Cupcakes (Makes 24): 14-19 minutes bake time.
Cupcakes:
Heat oven to 375 degrees F for shiny metal pan or 350 degrees for dark or nonstick pan.
Spoon batter into cupcakes (about 3 tbsp each).
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): For all bundt pans, heat oven to 325 degrees F; grease and flour pan.
Makes 36 cupcakes.

Ingredients
• 1 package Duncan Hines® Classic Yellow Cake Mix
• 1 (3.4 oz.) package vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup water
• ? cup vegetable oil
Baking Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt® or tube pan.
2.Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl.
3.Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
4.Bake 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
5.Cool cake on wire rack 25 minutes. Remove cake from pan and cool completely.

GOOEY BUTTER CAKE
1 stick butter or margarine
4 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
9 x 13-inch cake pan
1 box yellow cake mix
Mix 3 eggs, cream cheese and powdered sugar in blender,
keeping 1 tablespoon sugar for top of cake after cooking.
Blend ingredients until smooth. In cake pan, pour all of box
cake mix; melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan first. Beat 1 egg in
small bowl; pour melted butter in egg, pouring over dry cake
mix in pan. Mix until all of cake mix is moist and press into
pan. Pour liquid from blender over cake mix and bake in a 325 degrees
oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. After cooling cake, sprinkle
remaining tablespoon of sugar over top of cake.
