Peanut butter chiffon pie?

Years ago, I had a fantastic pie in a restaurant in a hotel in Danville, PA. It was like lemon meringue pie, but with peanut butter, not lemon. The chef refused to share the recipe with me. I have never had anything like it anywhere else, ever. It has NO chocolate in it. It is light and fluffy, not dense or fudgy. Can anyone help?

Recipe Directions for DAN'S FLUFFY PEANUT BUTTER PIE
1.For the pie filling

2.In large bowl of electric mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.

3.Turn into crust. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top of pie and gently swirl with spoon. Chill 4 hours or until set. Refrigerate leftovers

4.For the crust

5.Mix crumbs and butter. Press into 9 inch pie pan. Chill.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Original recipe makes 1 - 9 inch pie

CRUST:

1/3 cup butter

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

2 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal

FILLING:

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

3/4 cup peanut butter

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

2 teaspoons chocolate syrup -- drizzle

Directions

1.To Make Crust: In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt butter and chocolate chips. Remove from heat. Gently stir in rice cereal until all pieces are completely coated.
2.Press mixture into bottom and up sides of a lightly greased 9 inch pie pan. Let chill for 30 minutes.

3.To Make Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk and peanut butter to cream cheese until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla, then fold in whipped cream.
4.Pour mixture into pie crust. Drizzle syrup over top of pie; gently swirl with a spoon. Cover and refrigerate pie for 4 hours or until set. Refrigerate leftovers.

Earl's Peanut Butter Pie

Here's another one of Earl's easy, no bake desserts. Just double up if you wanna make two ...I do because they'll go fast!

PREP:

1.Beat softened cream cheese till' fluffy.

2.Beat in Sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, 10X and vanilla.

3.Fold in Cool Whip and pour into your pie crust and freeze for 2 hours.

4.Top with peanut butter cups, peanuts, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, etc.

Get a glass of cold milk and then "Git' er' down" Pilgrims...

INGREDIENTS:

•8 oz cream cheese (softened)

•1 - 14 oz can Sweetened condensed milk

•1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter (I use Jif)

•1 tsp vanilla

•1/4 cup Powdered Sugar (10X)

•4 oz cool whip topping

•1 - 9" Graham cracker or chocolate pie crust

NOTE: 10X is regular sugar that has been ground into a fine powder. 10X refers to the number of times the sugar is processed to produce fine powder

Fluffy Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

Filling

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup peanut butter

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 ounces Cool Whip Crust

6 ounces chocolate chips

1/3 cup margarine

2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies

Directions

For crust, melt chips and margarine together; then gently stir in cereal.

Press in bottom and sides of greased 9" pie tin.

Chill 30 minutes. For filling, mix cream cheese, peanut butter, lemon juice, vanilla, and cool whip.

Pour mixture into chilled shell.

To serve leave as is or top with chocolate curls shaved from chocolate bar.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Dip

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1 (8 ounce) container vanilla yogurt

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup thawed frozen whipped topping

Apples or pears for dipping

Mix together peanut butter, yogurt and cinnamon until thoroughly blended. Gently stir whipped topping into peanut butter mixture until blended. Place dip in a chilled bowl. Serve with apple or pear wedges.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup milk

1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped

topping, thawed

2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker

crusts

Directions:

1.

Beat together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Mix in peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

Spoon into two 9 inch graham cracker pie shells; cover, and freeze until firm.
