My 3 ring binder set for mcalls cooking school is in storage and i need my gumbo recipe. Can anyone help me please.

Shrimp and Vegetable Gumbo
Ingredients
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 garlic cloves, pressed
1 bay leaves, crumbled salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
1/2 lb shrimp, in the shell
1 (10 ounce) packages frozen okra, thawed
2 teaspoons gumbo file powder (optional)
3 -4 cups fluffy cooked rice chopped parsley
Directions
In hot oil in 6-qt Dutch oven, saute onion, green pepper, celery and garlic, stirring frequently, over medium heat until celery is tender. Add bay leaf, 1/2 tsp salt, the pepper, tomatoes and chicken broth.
Bring to boiling, stirring frequently. Simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, shell and devein shrimp. Cut in half legthwise.
Cut okra into 1/2" slices. Add okra to tomato mixture. Simmer, covered, 15 minutes. Add shrimp; cook, covered, 3 minutes, or until tender. Stir in file.
For each serving, spoon gumbo over 1/2 cup rice in each warm serving bowl. Sprinkle with parsley.

1/2 pound smoked sausage cut into - 1/2" pieces
1 cup chopped onions
3 cups uncooked white rice
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped scallions
4 cups boiling water
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 bay leaf
1 pound medium shrimp - peeled and

In 3-qt. saucepan, combine ham, sausages cajun gumbo recipesand onions; over medium heat, saut? 8 minutes or until onion is cajun shrimp kabob recipesoft. Stir in rice, add green pepper, scallions, the boiling water, parsley, garlic, salt, cajun spice recipe thyme, paprika and bay leaf. Mix well. Bring to boil. Boil 5 minutes. Easy Chicken Gumbo

1 whole chicken, boiled,cooled & shredded
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (1 ounce) can tomato sauce
4 stalks celery, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 bag frozen okra
4 tablespoons gumbo file
1 teaspoon cayenne
salt and pepper
hot cooked rice
Directions:
1 Saute onion and celery until tender.
2 In a Dutch oven or large pot make a roux out of flour and chicken broth.
3 Add the tomatoes and tomato sauce along with shredded chicken.
4 Add salt and pepper to taste.
5 Add file gumbo, cayenne and okra.
6 Simmer for 30 minutes.
7 serve over hot, cooked rice.
