Lost baked in strawberry short cake

I cant find my card with this recipe... can anyone help? I think it was called Baked in strawberry shortcake. Very tasty!

BAKED IN STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE

For one 8 inch cake you will need:

1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. sliced strawberries

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk together with beaten egg. Stir in melted butter and sliced strawberries. Pour mixture into a greased baking pan. For crumb topping: combine flour, sugar and walnuts. Cut in butter until coarse crumbs form. Sprinkle crumb mixture over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve immediately.

NO - BAKE STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE

1 (2 oz.) pkg. dessert topping mix OR 1 c. whipping cream, sweetened and whipped
8 slices soft white bread
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1/3 c. sugar

Prepare dessert topping according to package directions. Trim crusts from bread; fit 4 slices in 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Mash berries; stir in sugar. Spoon half the berry mixture over bread in baking dish; spread half the dessert topping over berries. Repeat layers. Chill about 1 hour. Cut in squares. Makes 9 servings.
