This used to be a favorite recipe of my family's, but I've lost my whole set of My Great Recipe cards. If anyone has this card and can share the recipe I'd greatly appreciate it.
The recipe is a mashed potato casserole with a tomato and green olive topping. I'm pretty sure it was called Basque Style Potatoes.
Any help locating this recipe would be awesome!!!
Thanks!
