Polo Loco Ingredients

1 c White vinegar

1 ts Oregano

1 c Olive oil

1/2 ts Thyme

1/2 c White wine ; or vermouth

1/4 ts Tabasco

Garlic; to taste

1 tb Parsley ; chopped or cilant

1 ts Salt

2 Chickens; halved
