Turkey crescent roll-ups

I'm desperately searching for a recipe from my childhood... Turkey Crescent roll-ups (ingredients were turkey, cream cheese, green onions and, I think cream of mushroom or chicken soup).

I've been searching the internet for hours with no luck!

Chicken Crescent Rollups Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 cans crescent rolls
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Combine chicken and cheese. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on each section of crescent roll and roll up as for crescent roll.

Mix soup and milk. Place rolls in baking pan and pour soup mixture over the top. Bake for 25 minutes.

TURKEY ROLLS

3 oz. Philadelphia cream
cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked cut up turkey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. finely diced onion
1 Tbsp. pimentos (optional)
1 pkg. crescent rolls

Melt cream cheese and butter together. Add turkey,
salt, pepper, milk, onion and pimentos and stir together. Make
squares from crescent rolls by leaving 2 rolls together. Place
mixture on dough. Pull corners up around turkey mixture and
seal edges. Makes 4 rolls. Place on cookie sheet and bake 20
minutes at 350 degrees. Excellent way to use leftover turkey.

STUFFED CRESCENT ROLLS

seasoning to taste
5 turkey drumsticks*
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 (8 roll) pkg. crescent rolls

1/2 lb. butter or oleo
seasoned bread crumbs
3 to 4 cans cream of
chicken soup
1 1/2 to 2 cans water

Boil turkey with seasoning until tender. Discard
liquid. Take meat off bone in small pieces. Have cream cheese
at room temperature. Mix well with meat. Put 1 rounded
tablespoon on crescent roll. Fold over sides and roll up. Dip
in butter then seasoned bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 20
minutes or until golden brown. Mix soup and water in pot and
heat. Pour small amount over each crescent roll for gravy.
Rolls may be frozen and reheated.
*May use chicken, sage hen or pheasant instead of
turkey.

TURKEY ROLL-UPS

2 c. turkey, chopped and
cooked
1/2 c. mushrooms
1/4 c. diced onion
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can crescent rolls

Mix turkey, mushrooms, onion and cream cheese together.
Onto each crescent roll, put 1 to 2 tablespoons of turkey
mixture. Roll up. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20
minutes.
