I grew two pots of Lemon Grass..Its getting cold and I want to try making tea......how do I harvest it, store it, use it for tea, please......how much to use...freeze or keep in a jar?...many thanks, you are opening new windows for me...I have grown and use a variety of the more popular herbs...this is new to me....
