Hi everyone!, I'm looking for two recipes that used to be one the back of the nestle's chocolate chip bags...one is the very original fudge recipe made with marshmallow creme and the other made with caramels and milk chocolate chips! HELP!!!! I thank you so much for your time and trouble.

FANTASY FUDGE

3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Walnut halves

Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in heavy 2 1/2 to 3 quart saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add marshmallow creme, chopped nuts and vanilla. Stir until blended. Pour in buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish, press walnut halves on top of fudge. Cool at room temperature and cut into squares.

Caramel Fudge Squares

1 1/4 cups sugar

1/2 cup milk

380g can HIGHLANDER Caramel

75 g butter

1 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 cup pecan nut halves

Caramel Fudge Squares

Grease or line a 20cm square cake tin.
Place sugar, milk, HIGHLANDER Caramel and butter in a large saucepan. Cook over a low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
Bring to the boil, then boil over a moderate heat for 18-20 minutes or until mixture forms a soft ball in cold water*. Stir frequently.
Remove from heat and leve to cool for 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla essence, then beat until mixture begins to thicken. Pour into tin, arrange pecans on top and press into fudge. Cool, then mark into squares. Cut when cold.

Easy Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTL? TOLL HOUSE? Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 can (14 oz.) NESTL? CARNATION? Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Directions:

LINE 8- or 9-inch square baking pan with foil.

COMBINE morsels and sweetened condensed milk in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Warm over lowest possible heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla extract.

SPREAD evenly into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into pieces.

medium, heavy-duty saucepans

1/4 tsp. salt

2 tbsp. melted butter

1 1/2 c. granulated sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2/3 c. evaporated milk

1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

1 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate morsels

2 c. miniature marshallows

1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Step 1:

Line an 8-inch-square baking pan with foil.

Step 2:
Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in a medium, heavy-duty saucepan.

Step 3:
Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

Step 4:
Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, nuts (optional) and vanilla extract.

Step 5:
Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.

Step 6:
Pour into prepared baking pan; refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

Step 7:
Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into pieces.

NESTLE MARSHMALLOW CREAM FUDGE

1 (5 to 10 oz.) jar
marshmallow cream

2/3 c. evaporated milk

1/4 c. butter

1 1/2 c. sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle

chocolate morsels

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix the ingredients together in saucepan. Bring to a
full boil stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from
heat. Stir in Nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels until
melted. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x
2-inch pan, chill well. Yields approximately 2 1/2 pounds.
