THE BEST BROCCOLI AND CHICKEN
CASSEROLE

1 fresh bunch broccoli
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1/8 c. butter, softened
2 c. chicken
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. milk

Cook chicken. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan in chunks. Add cooked broccoli. Combine soup and milk in saucepan over medium heat until smooth. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Spread 2 cups Cheddar cheese over soup mixture. Combine butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until brown.

BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE

2 c. Minute rice, uncooked

1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup

1 sm. jar of Cheese whiz

2 (10 oz.) pkgs. of frozen broccoli

1 chopped onion

2 sticks of butter

Combine all ingredients in covered casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover, stir and bake uncovered for additional 30 minutes. Serves 8.

Campbell's Broccoli Cheese Chicken

1-1/2 cups water

1 package (6 ounces) chicken flavor stuffing mix-
I use Stove Top

2 cups cubed cooked chicken

1 cup frozen broccoli florets,thawed

1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed broccoli cheese
soup,undiluted

1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

In a small saucepan,bring water to a boil.Stir
in stuffing mix.Remove from heat;cover and let
stand for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile,layer chicken and broccoli in a greased 11-in.x7-in.x2-in. baking dish.Top with soup.

Fluff stuffing with fork;spoon over soup. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake,uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.4-6 servings.

1 tb Margarine

4 Skinless, boneless chicken

-breasts halves (about 1 lb)

1 cn (10 1/4 oz) Campbell's NEW

-Broccoli Cheese Soup

1/3 c Water or milk

1/8 ts Pepper

2 c Broccoli flowerets


In a skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook chicken for 10
minutes or until browned on both sides. Spoon off fat.

Stir in soup, water and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add broccoli.
Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is
fork-tender and broccoli is done, stirring occasionally.

Makes 4 servings.

Broccoli Cheese Chicken

Ingredients:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup

OR Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup

1/3 cup milk

4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles

Chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

PLACE chicken in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Mix soup and milk. Spoon over chicken and bake at 400degreesF. for 20 min. or until chicken is done.

SERVE with noodles and garnish with parsley.

Soup-erb Chicken Casserole

Bake: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup OR Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Broccoli Soup

1 cup milk

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

2 cups hot cooked elbow pasta

2 cups cubed cooked cooked chicken OR turkey

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained

1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing, crushed

2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp. butter OR margarine, melted

Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 400degreesF.

MIX soup, milk, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder and black pepper in 2-qt. baking dish. Stir in pasta, chicken and peas and carrots.

BAKE 20 min. Stir.

MIX stuffing, Parmesan cheese and butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake 5 min. or until hot.

TIP: Serve with Caesar salad. For dessert serve your favorite Pepperidge Farm® layer cake.
