Does anyone have a recipe for sugar free snickerdoodles that they would be willing to share? As a diabetic I have quit eating a lot of sugar and am craving one of my favorite cookies. Please help me fix this craving.

My spouse is diabetic.
We use www.Splenda.com for recipes.

SNICKERDOODLE

1 cup butter

3/4 cup SPLENDA

3/4 cup Sugar Twin

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 3/4 cups flour

2 teaspoons cream of tartar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

For extra cinnamon flavor, add cinnamon to batter, too.
2 Tablespoons SPLENDA
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and beat till creamy.
Gradually add dry ingredients, beating until blended. Roll
teaspoons of batter into a ball, roll in Splenda/cinnamon
mixture. Flatten with a moist glass bottom.

Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes.
