Orange Balls
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 1-lb. box powdered sugar
1 6oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate,
thawed
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 12-oz. box Nilla wafers
powdered sugar, ground nuts, or fine coconut
Pulse Nilla wafers in food processor until very
fine
In a medium bowl, cream margarine and powdered sugar. Add orange juice concentrate, nuts and coconut gradually, blending each addition. Add crushed wafers and mix well. Form 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar, nuts or coconut. Store in tin or covered container.

ORANGE CHEESECAKE

1 1/2 c. vanilla wafers
1/4 c. melted oleo
3 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) condensed milk
1/4 c. thawed orange juice,
concentrate
3 eggs
1 tsp. grated orange rind, or
more
mandarin oranges, drained
(optional)
Orange glaze
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs and oleo or
butter; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. In
large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in
condensed milk until smooth. Add juice, eggs, and rind; mix
well. Pour into pan and bake 1 hour or until cake springs back
when lightly touched. Cool. Top with orange sections and then
glaze. Chill thoroughly and refrigerate leftovers.
Orange Glaze for Cheesecake
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. grated orange rind
Mix all ingredients well. Cook and stir over medium
heat until thickened. Let cool slightly. You may omit the
orange sections and just use the glaze. Increase rind slight-
ly.

ORANGE BALLS

1 lb. orange candy slices, cut into
pieces
1 large bag of coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange extract
Mix orange slices, coconut, vanilla and orange extract.
Bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes or cook in microwave until candy is
melted. With thick rubber gloves on, mix in 1 box of confec-
tioners sugar. Sprinkle with warm water to make balls. Let
balls cool and store in a cool place.

Dessert Cheese Ball Recipe
PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE BALL
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz. or 17 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 tsp. cinnamon, if desired
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1/2 c. chopped onions
Mix together, except about 3/4 cup chopped pecans. Roll ball into chopped nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

COCONUT CHERRY CHEESE BALLS
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. whole cranberry sauce (well drained)
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/8 tsp. salt
Flake coconut
Combine all ingredients. Chill slightly. Shape into bite size balls. Roll into flaked coconut. May add coloring if desired. Makes about 22 balls.

FRUIT BALL
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. jar red cherries
1 sm. jar green cherries
Grated coconut
Drain all fruit well and mix with softened cream cheese. Form into ball and refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Serve with vanilla wafers.

FRUITY CHEESE BALL
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. (3 oz.) vanilla pudding
1 #2 can fruit cocktail or mandarin oranges, drained and diced, pat dry
Blend all ingredients into a ball. Sprinkle or roll in chopped nuts. Chill and serve with graham crackers. This is a dessert cheeseball that is UNUSUAL and EASY.

TRUFFLES
Approx. 4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
5 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla (or rum, mint, orange, etc. flavoring)
Chopped nuts, chocolate sprinkles, powdered sugar, etc.
Gradually add powdered sugar to cream cheese, mixing well after each addition. Add chocolate and flavoring. (Can split the batch in half and add separate flavoring to each half.) Mix well. Chill several hours. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in nuts, chocolate sprinkles or whatever. Store in refrigerator. About 4 dozen.
Hint: Do not make more than 2 batches at one time unless you have many helpers to roll these into balls!

Dessert Cheese Ball Recipe
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 Jar fudge ice cream topping
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 box gingersnaps or graham crackers
Combine cream cheese, chips and sugar, mixing well. Line desired mold with plastic wrap and press mixture into pan. Chill overnight. When ready to serve turn onto serving plate, heat chocolate slightly and drizzle over cheese ball. Sprinkle with pecans and serve with gingersnaps or graham crackers.
