KASUTERA HONEY CAKES
5 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. sifted flour
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Beat the eggs, sugar and honey in a bowl until very
thick. Add flour, beating well. Pour batter into a greased 9
x 12-inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes,
stirring after first 15 minutes. Continue baking in ordinary
manner. Allow cake to cool in the pan. Dust with powdered
sugar and cut into strips.
