I remember making a casserole dish for my family during the 1970's using Cream of Rice (or maybe it was Cream of Wheat), canned tuna, and frozen peas. I'm not sure what else was used, I just remember those 3 ingredients. Does anyone have that recipe in their archives?
TUNA CASSEROLE

1 can tuna, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can green beans
1 soup canful uncooked Minute
rice
1 green bean can liquid (water
and juice from green beans)
Mix all ingredients in casserole dish. Cover. Bake at
350 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes.
Variations of tuna casserole: Tuna, rice, broccoli-
Cheddar cheese soup. Ham, rice, green beans, cream of mushroom
soup. And chicken, rice, peas, cream of chicken soup. Prepare
and cook the same as the tuna casserole. (Can use leftover
chicken or ham, cut in cubes, or canned chicken.)
