HI I AM LOOKING FOR A GREAT AMERICAN RECIPE FROM GROUP 11 IT IS A CHICKEN BARBEQUE CARD I AM NOT SURE OF THE CARD NUMBER BUT IT HAS A MARINADE OF OLIVE OIL, SOYSAUCE,LEMMON JUICE,AND CLOVES I LOVE THAT RECIPE BUT HAVE LOST THE CARD FROM MY COLLECTION. MIGHT YOU HAVE IT?

GREAT AMERICAN RECIPE BARBECUED CHICKEN BREASTS
For 4 servings:
4 Tablsp oil
4 Tablsp soy sauce
2 Tablsp lemon juice
1 Tablsp brown sugar
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp dried thyme or basil leaves
3 whole cloves
Dash of pepper
TIPS:
You may also marinate the chicken breasts in ready made barbecue sauce.
Let them stand at room temperature for 3 hours.
Turn to coat well.
Baste chicken with sauce the last 2 minutes of barbecuing time.
Preparation:
1. Wash chicken breasts, pat dry.
2. For marinade, blend together oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar.
3. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a glass dish.
4. Sprinkle with garlic, pepper, thyme or basil leaves and cloves.
5. Pour marinade over chicken. Let stand in refrigerator
for at least 4 hours, turning over from time to time.
6. Preheat grill.
7. Place chicken on grill, a few at atime. Baste with marinade.
8. Grill for about 5 minutes on one side and 9 minutes on the other
side, till chicken is fork tender, juices run clear when pierced with a fork
and chicken is light browned. Don't overcook.
9. Garnish with fresh thyme or basil leaves or parsley.
10. Serve with chutney, cooked over rice and a tossed salad.
