BEEF STROGANOFF

1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sweet onion, finely chopped
1 slice white bread, coarsely
crumbled
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 egg
pepper and salt to taste
Mix ground beef, egg, bread, onions, salt and pepper
together. Make into 16 meat balls; put into frying pan and
brown until well done. Drain drippings off and mix soup and
sour cream. Cook for 20 minutes on low heat. Cook noodles by
directions and spread beef stroganoff over noodles.

Here is the recipe I always follow when I make this for my family. It seems to be a favorite and its pretty easy to make. Hope this helps and enjoy! I did take this out of Recipe4Living.com, i found this website one day surfing the internet for some differnt and fun recipes for my family.I know there are more stroganoff recipes on that site but this is the one i liked.
Beef Stroganoff Casserole
Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef
1 can Cream of mushroom soup; condensed
8 oz. Sour cream
1 can (small) black olives; sliced
1 can (small) mushroom stems and pieces
12 oz. Egg noodles
Directions
Cook egg noodles according to directions and set aside. Cook ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain off grease. Add soup, sour cream, olives, mushrooms, and noodles and cook until heated through.
