This is a recipe from the late '60s or early 70's. Shrimp, rice, milk, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt are some of the ingredients. I can't remember the proportions or the baking time and temp. Sure would appreciate some help with this, It is an awesome flavor combination. Thanks!
ELEGANT SHRIMP RICE CASSEROLE

3 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 eggs, beaten slightly
1 small onion, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, drain
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen tiny
shrimp
2 c. milk
Shrimp Sauce:
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of
shrimp soup
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 drops Tabasco or hot pepper
sauce
Combine all ingredients. Spoon into ungreased 13 x
9-inch pan. Bake uncovered, in 325 degrees oven 45 minutes or until
knife inserted comes out clean. Cut into squares. Serve with
hot shrimp sauce. To prepare sauce; combine all ingredients in
small saucepan. Stir over low heat until heated through; do
not boil. Could be cooked in microwave, also.
