Spanish /mexican recipe for after dinner coffe speciality -

I have been served this several times during time i have spent in spain. utterly delicious. prepared in a 'barro' clay bowls, coffee is gently simmered over a burner in the middle of the table or bar-b-que, with spices and orange, lemon peel and a mixture of various liquors one i remember to be brandy and an orange based liquor. there may be variations but i would love to hear from anyone who has the recipe
