Frito pie casserole

we made it once out of a cookbook but we cant find it again. it has hamburger, cheese and fritos for sure but i seem to think there were other things too. help?

Title: Frito Chili Pie Casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

3 c fritos corn chips

1 lg onion; minced

1 cn chili (19 oz.)

1 c american cheese; grated

Instructions

Place 2 cups of corn chips in a baking dish. Arrange chopped onion
and half of the cheese on the corn chips. Pour chili over onion and
cheese, then top with remaining corn chips and grated cheese. Bake at
350~ for 55-60 minutes. Makes 2-4 servings.

FRITO PIE

Bag of Frito corn chips

1 lb. ground beef

1 can chopped green chilies

2 cans enchilada sauce

Brown ground beef, drain off excess fat. Add green chilies and enchilada sauce. Let simmer, the longer you let simmer the better the flavor.
Put Fritos on plate, meat sauce on top. Layer other ingredients on top such as cheese, lettuce, black olives, onions, tomatoes, or anything you would like.

FRITO CHILI PIE

1 onion

2 lb. ground beef

2 c. tomato juice

1 can chili beans

1 packet chili seasoning mix

1 bag Frito corn chips

2 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cut up onion and saute. Add ground beef and drain. Add
tomato juice, beans, and seasoning mix. Set aside (or may
prepare chili by your own recipe or use canned). Layer casse-
role dish as follows: chips, chili, cheese, chips, chili,
cheese until all ingredients are used. Cook at 350 degrees for 20
minutes or until cheese has melted.

SEVEN LAYER DIP

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can jalapeno
bean dip

2 ripe avocados

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/2 pkg. taco seasoning

3 Tbsp. mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. sour cream

2 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

2 oz. grated Monterey Jack

2 ripe tomatoes, chopped

1 oz. green onion, chopped

1 c. ripe olives, chopped

bag of Doritos or corn chips

In shallow serving dish or pie plate, spread layer of
bean dip. In small bowl, mash avocados with lemon juice;
spread on top of bean dip. Combine taco seasoning, mayonnaise
and sour cream; blend well and spread on top of avocado
mixture. Sprinkle cheeses evenly on top of taco mixture.
Arrange tomatoes on top of cheese and sprinkle evenly with
green onions. Sprinkle olives on top of all. Chill until
serving time. Serve with chips.
