I used to have one but it mysteriously(yeah right!) "disappeared" after my college aged neice admired it & stated she sure wish she had one for her dorm. I used to love making just grilled cheese sandwiches on it.
SANDWICH MAKER WON TON WONDERS
Won ton wrappers
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. lean ground beef, browned & drained
1 sm. minced onion
1 can water chestnuts, drained & minced
Mushrooms, chopped (optional)
Parve butter, optional
Chili or pizza sauce for dipping
Slightly moisten won ton wrappers with water. If your sandwich maker is made for 4 triangles, lay 2 wrappers on each side and fill with mixture of egg, beef, onion, water chestnuts, soy sauce, mushrooms (optional), pepper, salt and garlic powder. You can fill quite full but leave the center less full since this is where it will crease to form 2 wontons. The wontons will cook a long time.
PIZZA FOR SANDWICH MAKER
4 slices bread, buttered on 1 side
Pizza sauce in squeezable bottle (Hunt's)
8 slices pepperoni
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
Sandwich grill (any model)
Preheat sandwich maker grill. Put 2 slices bread in sandwich grill, buttered side down. Put 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce and 2 tablespoons of cheese on each slice of bread. Sprinkle with seasoning and top with pepperoni. Cover with remaining bread, buttered side up. Close grill.
Grill 2-3 minutes or until doneness is reached.
Makes 4 servings.
GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES
2 slices bread per sandwich
2 slices cheese per sandwich
Skillet or sandwich maker
Spread mustard on bread and place cheese between 2 slices. Lightly mayonnaise outsides of bread. Bake in sandwich maker or fry in skillet, until cheese melts and/or bread is golden brown.

Banana Split Sandwich
4 slices of bread
2 small chocolate bars
Place buttered bread on bottom of heating plates and place one chocolate bar on each half. Slice the banana in half and place on half on each piece of bread, cover with other slice of bread and cook 4-6 minutes
