Snickerdoodle Blondies

These blondies use butter and brown sugar for that classic chewy texture, then get sprinkled with cinnamon sugar before baking so every bite has that snickerdoodle spice.
Cut into squares while still warm for the best texture.

Ingredients
2 2/3 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 c packed brown sugar
1 c butter, softened
2 eggs, room temp
1 tbs vanilla
2 tbs white sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In large mixing bow, beat together the butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add the flour mixture. Beat until well blended.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
In small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 25 to 30 minutes or until the surface springs back when gently pressed.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
While still warm, cut into squares with a sharp knife.
